Subscribing to a creator on Hitorino gives you access to exclusive content, ad-free viewing, and other perks that creators offer to their paying supporters. You stay in full control of your subscriptions — you can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel at any time from a single dashboard. This page explains how subscriptions work, what you get, and how to manage your billing details.

How Creator Subscriptions Work

Each creator chooses their own subscription structure. Most creators offer one to three tiers, each with progressively richer perks. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same calendar day you first subscribed, and you keep access to subscriber-only content until the end of your current billing period even if you cancel early.
Subscription prices are set by creators and are shown in USD. If your payment method is issued in another currency, your bank or card provider applies the conversion rate at the time of billing.

Subscribing to a Creator

1

Go to the creator's channel page

Navigate to the creator’s channel at hitorino.tv/@creatorname or click their name anywhere on the platform.
2

Choose a subscription tier

Click the Subscribe button on their channel page. A panel slides open showing the available tiers with their prices and listed perks. Read each tier carefully — perks vary widely between creators.
3

Select your payment method

Choose a saved payment method or add a new credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. Hitorino uses Stripe to process all payments — your full card number is never stored on Hitorino servers.
4

Confirm your subscription

Review the total, then click Subscribe Now. You receive a confirmation email and gain immediate access to the creator’s subscriber-only content.

Subscription Tiers and Perks

Creators can name their tiers whatever they like, but perks generally follow a common pattern:

Supporter Tier

Entry-level access: ad-free viewing on the creator’s channel, a subscriber badge in chat and comments, and access to subscriber-only posts.

Fan Tier

Everything in Supporter, plus access to exclusive videos, early access to new uploads, and priority in chat during live streams.

Superfan Tier

Everything in Fan, plus perks like monthly Q&A access, behind-the-scenes content, and a prominent badge in chat.

Custom Perks

Some creators offer unique perks such as Discord access, monthly shoutouts, or downloadable content — check each creator’s tier page for details.
Not sure which tier to choose? Start with the lowest tier for a month to explore the content before committing to a higher tier.

Sending Tips

In addition to subscriptions, you can send a one-time tip to any creator — even ones you don’t subscribe to. Look for the Tip button on a creator’s channel page or on any of their video pages.
1

Click Tip

Open the creator’s channel or video page and click the Tip button.
2

Enter an amount

Type a custom amount (minimum $1.00) or choose a preset amount. You can optionally include a short message of up to 140 characters that the creator sees alongside the tip.
3

Confirm payment

Select your payment method and click Send Tip. Tips are processed immediately and are non-refundable.

Managing Your Subscriptions

To see all your active subscriptions in one place, click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Settings → Subscriptions.
The Active tab lists every creator you are currently subscribed to, your tier for each, the monthly cost, and your next billing date. Click any creator’s name to go directly to their channel.

Updating Your Payment Method

1

Open Billing Settings

Go to Settings → Billing to see your saved payment methods.
2

Add or replace a payment method

Click Add Payment Method and enter your card or PayPal details. To set a card as your default for all future subscription renewals, click the Make Default star icon next to it.
3

Remove an old payment method

Click the trash icon next to any saved payment method to remove it. You cannot remove a payment method that is the only one on file if you have active subscriptions.
If a renewal payment fails, Hitorino retries the charge over three days. If the charge continues to fail, your subscription is paused and you lose access to subscriber-only content until you update your payment method and manually resume the subscription.

Viewing Your Billing History

Go to Settings → Billing → Transaction History to download a full list of your charges, including subscription renewals and tips. Each line item shows the date, creator name, amount, and a downloadable PDF receipt. Receipts are available for up to 24 months.
If a creator deactivates their Hitorino account, all active subscriptions to that creator are canceled automatically and you are refunded a prorated amount for any unused days in your current billing period. You receive an email notification when this happens.
No. Subscriptions are tied to your individual Hitorino account and cannot be transferred, gifted, or shared. If you want to give someone a subscription as a gift, ask the creator if they offer gift codes — some creators provide these through their own communities.
